Celtic’s first goal in the opening 10 minutes of a match helped soothe some of the bruising from Denmark. An early second-half effort also reduced the nerve count.
Ultimately, this was a more atypical performance from this side, despite the chronic injury list growing.
Some steady performances, notably Jahmai Simpson-Pusey, who has not accumulated many minutes as a right back. He looked well balanced, strong and kept it simple.
Auston Trusty and Liam Scales were again no frills, whilst Jonny Kenny racked up some more xG and a goal.
Bhoy of the Match was a more seasoned performer who returned to some semblance of good form in this outing.
