St Mirren 3, Celtic 1 - 14th December, 2025

Change is hard. It requires careful management and implementation planning, impact analysis, feedback loops, and refinement. This looks impossible.

Most importantly, congratulations to St Mirren for a well-deserved Scottish League Cup triumph.

A lesson in a coherent game plan, crafted with players that fit the system, and executed with commitment and aggression.

Meanwhile, at Celtic, Wilfried Nancy needs to take a step back and choose his next actions very carefully.

Everything St Mirren were, Celtic were not. Ill-disciplined, poor decision-making, abandoning all notions of teamwork, and ill-suited to the tasks allocated.

More on the pod.

I’d give Bhoy of the Match to Keanu Baccus, who was excellent, but one of our lot has to receive it!
