Are Hibernian Celtic's most difficult opponent outside of the Glasgow derby?

I wanted to consider Hibernian in the wider sense, as my perception is they have a better record against Celtic than most teams.

I will go back to the 2017-18 season due to the availability of data. League matches only.

Hibernian are currently 3^rd in the SPFL which, if maintained, will match their best season in this period in 2020-21. Their finishes have been 4^th, 5^th, 7^th, 3^rd, 8^th, 5^th, 8^th. So, not exactly consistent top three challengers. In only three of those seasons, they had a record with more wins than losses.
