What Chance Do We Have?

Is "finishing" the main issue, or is the team simply not creating sufficient chances?

The recruitment and manning of the striker department have been as chaotic as much of the clubs’ performance over the last year and the authors lay that out effectively.

However, are the chances being created for the strikers to miss been sufficient? And can we attribute the lack of goals to poor finishing or lack of chance creation?
